Jeff’s Notary Service is an authorized PennDOT messenger service and a full-service agent specializing in motor vehicle transactions, including title transfers, temporary plates, registration renewals, and other vehicle title services. For your convenience, we also offer select online services.
In addition to motor vehicle services, we provide notary services and can assist boat owners with titling and registration for boats and recreational vehicle trailers.
